I am a French professional of American origin, specialized in executive search. I bring 14 years of experience across the Fashion, Luxury, and Retail industries, having started my career in Marketing and Communications at Chloé, followed by the Mazarine Group.
I then joined Sterling International, one of the most respected executive search firms, before serving as Talent Acquisition & Development Director and later as Human Resources Director at Arlettie. These roles have given me a deep strategic and operational understanding of leadership, talent, and organizational dynamics.
I am also an RNCP Level-6 (Master's equivalent) certified Executive Coach, holding a Master's degree in Marketing from NEOMA Business School and a Finance degree from Sorbonne University.
As a Coach, I support executives and leadership teams through a tailored, high-impact approach, shaped by the specific challenges and ambitions of each client.

As a Certified Professional Coach (RNCP Level 6 – equivalent to a Bachelor's +4), I support leaders and high-potential talents through every key stage of their journey — from strategic career decisions to deep personal transformation.
I hold a Master's degree from a top French business school, following a Bachelor's degree from La Sorbonne, combining solid business acumen with a deeply human approach.
I leverage high-performance mental preparation tools, 7 years of executive search expertise, and therapeutic techniques when needed to help manage emotions and more complex personal states.
My mission: reveal potential, cultivate aligned and sustainable leadership, and empower each person to confidently step into the place where they truly belong.
